Magic 8-Ball Predictions for New Hampshire

With the New Hampshire primaries today, it’s time once again to speak with our friend, the Magic 8-Ball.

Alabama Moderate: “Magic 8-Ball, thank you for joining us again.  Yesterday, we discussed the Republicans, and now we’d like to discuss the Democrats.  Are you feeling up to the task?”

Magic 8-Ball: “Definitely.”

AM: “Let’s start with the former first lady herself, Hillary Clinton.  Do you think she will be able to pull ahead of Barack Obama?”

M8B: “Yes.”

AM: “Interesting.  But does this spell doom for the Obama campaign?”

M8B: “Absolutely!”

AM: “Wow!  I hardly expected a prediction for a Clinton win at this point.  But let’s more on, shall we?”

M8B: “Definitely.”

AM: “John Edwards has been getting some good vibes, recently.  How do you think his campaign will go in the weeks to come?”

M8B: “Outlook not so good.”

AM: “Any particular thoughts on why?”

M8B: “No way!”

AM: “No reason to get snippy, but I’ll move on to Bill Richardson.  Does he have any kind of a real chance at this point?”

M8B:  “Yes.”

AM: “Care to elaborate?”

M8B: “Yes.”

AM:  “Are you even paying attention to the questions I’m asking?”

M8B: “Definitely.”

AM:  “Okay, because for a minute there, I thought you were just giving me random answers to whatever I asked you.  Kinda silly, huh?”

M8B: “Outlook not so good.”

AM:  “Now you’re mocking me.”

M8B: “Well, you’re the idiot asking a Magic 8-Ball for commentary on the presidential race.  Maybe you should go back to using polls.  I’m sure they’re more accurate.”

AM:  “Seriously?  You think a poll is more accurate?”

M8B:  “My sources say no.”
